✅ Local online meetings that currently use a SMART-provided Zoom account (e.g., issued by SMART staff / smartrecovery.zoom.us).
Who this does not apply to (Phase One):

❌ National meetings (no change).

❌ In-person meetings (no change).

❌ Online meetings that use your own Zoom (or another platform) rather than a SMART-provided Zoom account (no change).

❌ Meetings already on Pathminder (no action needed).
What facilitators in scope need to do

Create your free Pathcheck account using the email we have on file.

Reply to the rollout email you received so we can switch your meeting to Pathminder.

After we confirm the switch, open your meeting’s SMARTfinder listing → Manage your meeting → use Start Now (available 15 minutes before start).

Participants must join via the Join Now button on your SMARTfinder listing. Saved Zoom links will no longer work after your switch.
